2/11/2005: New Quick Reply

I've update the Quick Reply script and:

Removed the requirement to change the "add reply" button image
Added support for HTML post type
Added support for user-chosen post type (dropdown)
Fixed the bug where the Quick Reply form would not appear when using the Prev. and Next topic screens.

Please report any bugs in the Cool Tips & Tricks javascript forum.
